There truly is a hidden loan that works incredibly well for people who can't qualify for traditional loans. This loan uses common sense instead of guidelines. I am fortunate enough to be one of only a handful of mortgage brokers to have been trained and therefore able to offer this loan. Note: this is not an FHA loan. It goes far beyond what FHA allows.
